There is something truly special about a wedding at Tankardstown House. With its beautiful Georgian manor, stunning gardens and warm atmosphere, it is easy to see why it is one of the most sought after wedding venues in Meath.
When Jen and Adam got in touch about their wedding, one thing was clear from the beginning. They wanted a day that felt relaxed, meaningful and centred around spending time with the people they love most.
Their wedding day at Tankardstown House was exactly that.
From the excitement of the morning preparations to the laughter during the speeches and the celebrations late into the evening, the entire day was filled with genuine moments and so much joy.
One of my favourite things about photographing weddings at Tankardstown House is the variety of beautiful locations available for photographs. The gardens, pathways and elegant surroundings provide stunning backdrops without ever needing to take couples too far away from their guests.
Jen and Adam wanted natural photographs that captured how the day felt rather than spending hours posing. We kept their portrait session relaxed and enjoyable, taking a short walk around the grounds while giving them time to soak up those first moments together as newlyweds.
The result was a collection of photographs that reflected who they are as a couple. Natural, joyful and full of connection.
Throughout the day there were so many memorable moments. Emotional reactions during the ceremony, heartfelt hugs from family and friends, and a dance floor that stayed busy well into the evening. These are the moments that make every wedding unique and remind me why I love what I do.
